<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber connector adjustable even after being completely assembled. SOLUTION: A connector 11 is provided with the assembly having the member or flange which has the peripheral edge with many cut surfaces, whose shape is preferably a hexagon and which holds an enlarged ferrule 27. The connector 11 is provided with the forward housing part having an attaching area with many cut surfaces for the flange 26. The flange 26 can be separated from the attaching area for the rotation for adjustment because of being movable in the axial direction toward the back side of the housing against force of a spring. The connector 11 is adjustable by the increased rotation of the assembly when the flange 26 is separated.</p> |
