PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink cover which is installed over a heat sink so as to cover the upper edges of a plurality of plate-shaped fins integrally and in which installation its characteristic on the heat sink is improved. SOLUTION: A heat sink cover 7 is installed over a heat sink 1 so as to cover the respective upper edges of plate-shaped fins 3 integrally. The cover 7 is provided with a protruded part 20 protruding in a state that it contacts with the upper edge of an inside wall face of a plate-shaped fin 5 arranged in the most external side. Also, the cover 7 is provided with a wall 9 for fixation so as to be fixed along an outer wall face on the plate-shaped fin 5 arrange in the most external side.
