PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having superior durability, electromagnetic wave shielding property and beam transmittance. SOLUTION: A unit transparent conductive layer formed of a high refractive index transparent thin-film layer B and a metal thin-film layer C which include at least silver is repeatedly laminated 3-5 times on one main surface of a transparent board A, and a high refractive index transparent thin-film layer B is formed thereof so as to form a transparent conductive film. In this transparent conductive film, the total thickness of the metal thin film layers C is set at 25-150 nm, thickness of the metal thin-film layer C1 farthest from the board is set at 15-30 nm, and thickness of the C1 is formed larger than that of other metal thin-film layers C.
