PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an optical fiber from breaking of its optical fiber part, chipping of its tip end surface and sticking of dust. SOLUTION: An optical fiber guide groove 35 and a coated part guide groove 36 are continuously provided in the opening and closing surface side of a first member 30 and a second member 40 connected so as to freely open and close via a hinge 50. An optical fiber 1 to be held is held so as to be firmly held with the first member 30 and the second member 40 while guiding the optical fiber part 1a and the coated part 1b to the guide groove 35 and the guide groove 36 respectively.
