摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate a degree of the creep deterioration of a structural member before a flaw or damage is generated in a non-destructive manner. SOLUTION: A creep curve is calculated (100) by performing the creep test of a test piece comprising predetermined material quality. A magnetic field is applied to the test piece after a predetermined creep time is elapsed to apply magnetism to the test piece and the residual magnetization of the test piece is measured at every creep time (200). The relation between the measured residual magnetization of the test piece and the creep strain or creep strain speed of the test piece obtained from the creep curve is calculated (300). A magnetic field is applied to a structural member comprising the same material quality as the test piece to apply magnetism to the structural member and the residual magnetization of the structural member is measured. The relation between the residual magnetization of the test piece and the creep strain or creep strain speed thereof is used to calculate the creep strain or creep strain speed of the structural member from the measured residual magnetization of the structural member to evaluate a degree of creep, deterioration.
