PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively reduce actuating time of a refrigerator at accelerating time by increasing decelerating operation time by forcedly starting operation of the refrigerator by the information by taking a declerating time signal of an automobile in an air conditioner system controller. SOLUTION: When detecting an ON signal 4 of a brake or an accelerator OFF signal 4, it is recognized that deceleration is started, so that forced operation of a refrigerator 6 is started. At this time, the forced operation is started by lowering the cooling coil temperature detection setting for starting operation of the refrigerator 6 below the ordinary starting temperature setting. When a cooling coil temperature is below the lowered stopped cooling coil temperature while being continuously recognized as a declerating state, operation of the refrigerator 6 is stopped. When detecting an OFF signal 4 of the brake or an accelerator ON signal 4, it is recognized that the deceleration is finished, so that operation is returned to the ordinary setting.
