PURPOSE: An EVRC algorithm servicing device of a cellular system is provided to service a digital signal of an EVRC algorithm by processing the digital signal of the algorithm through a minimal correcting work without changing a cellular system. CONSTITUTION: A central processing unit(121) controls a base station controller(120). A digital signal processing unit(122) processes a digital signal quantized under the control of the central processing unit(121). A static RAM(123) stores codes of an EVRC(Enhanced Variable Rate Coder) of the central processing unit(121). In addition, the static RAM(123) stores data of the EVRC of the digital signal processing unit(122). A bus congestion prevention unit(124) prevents the bus congestion in case that the central processing unit(121) and the digital signal processing unit(122) perform reading/writing operations in the static RAM(123). An echo canceling unit(125) cancels echo from the data processed and transmits the data to a mobile switching center(130).
