PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving the skill level of a method for moving a body corresponding to breathing and for obtaining the effect of a method for allowing even an executing person at a skill level, who cannot breathing sufficiently or an executing person having low physical ability, to move his/her body corresponding to his/her breath breathing. SOLUTION: In a skill level measuring method in a method for moving a body corresponding to breathing obtained by combining three kinds of breathing of abdominal breathing, muscle relaxation breathing and breathing for ordering, and fifteen kinds of body movement such as ending and stretching a body, the skill level measuring method in the method for moving the body corresponding to the breathing measures the state of the body of an executing person, who executed 1 a method for moving the body corresponding to the breathing, and displays 5 the measuring result 3 by a measuring means 2 and a display means 4, and judges a skill level 7 in the method for moving the body corresponding to the breathing of the executing person based on the display 5 of this result 3. |
