PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an outdoor-installed electronic apparatus in which influence of the heat generated by the solar radiation within a closed cabinet is reduced, and which is miniaturized and is simplified in its constitution. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus installed in outdoors comprises a closed cabinet 21 composed of a metal of high thermal conductivity, a heat generating body 22 placed therein, a heat-insulating layer of air in a space 23 between the closed cabinet and the heat generating body, and a plurality of directional heat-conducting members 24 that conduct heat only toward outside of the cabinet and that are arranged between the heat generating body 22 and at least the outside peripheral sides 21b of the closed cabinet.
