PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of vibration in a structure in which a pickup base body and a clamp base body move relatively in attaching/detaching directions. SOLUTION: At the time of loading, with a pickup module base 15 rising relatively to a clamp base assembly 16, the pin 90 of the former 15 enters the receiving groove 91 of the latter 16, pressing the right side of the receiving groove 91, and thereby controlling the mutual movement. Thus, even during the high speed rotary driving of a disk, self-exciting vibration of the pickup module base 15 and the clamp base assembly 16 due to the rotation can be suppressed.
