PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel where the structure of barrier ribs is improved so as to enhance the luminance of a blue phosphor layer. SOLUTION: This plasma display panel includes a front substrate 21 and a back substrate 22 arranged so as to face to each other common electrodes 23 and scanning electrodes 24 formed in parallel with and separately from one another on the lower surface of the front substrate 21, a first dielectric layer 26 applied to the lower surface of the front substrate 21 so as to embed the common electrodes 23 and the scanning electrodes 24, address electrodes 28 formed on the back substrate 22 so as to perpendicularly intersect with the electrodes 23, 24, a second dielectric layer 29 applied to the upper surface of the back substrate 22 so as to embed address electrodes 28, barrier ribs 200 comprising white barrier ribs 200a used for defining discharge spaces by being formed on the upper surface of the second dielectric layer 29 and formed on the second dielectric layer 29, and auxiliary barrier ribs 200b formed on the upper surfaces of the white barrier ribs 200a and selectively reflecting only light the rays in the wavelength band of 420-550 nm from among visible light rays; and red, green and blue phosphor layers 210 applied between the upper surface of the second dielectric layer 29 and the barrier ribs. |
