PURPOSE: To reduce incurring of a loss to the tip part of a rotor vane arranged on the inlet side and to improve exhaust performance. CONSTITUTION: A rotor body 61 has a rotor vane 62 formed in a multistage and consists of a plurality of rotor vanes. The topmost stage rotor vane 62a formed at the rotor body 61 is arranged in the position of the conical part 13 of the casing 10, and its tip is formed at the same inclination angle as that of the conical part 13. This constitution causes gas molecules, accelerated by the tip of the rotor vane 62a, to hardly collide with the casing 10 in a gas molecule region and since the molecules are prevented from residence, lowering of exhaust performance at the tip part is suppressed. Further, by situating the topmost state rotor vane 62a at the conical part 13, the gas molecules are high-efficiently conveyed to the outer peripheral sides of the rotor vanes 62 on and after a second stage.
