PURPOSE: A rotating connector device is provided to prevent damages to a cable under normal conditions by interposing a terminal piece between the inner wall of a stator housing and a guide, forming the guide so as to have a small width piece having a curved contact surface with a flat cable at the end, and wiring the flat cable in a space within the stator housing from between the inner wall of the stator housing and the small width piece. CONSTITUTION: A flat cable(4) is composed of plural lead wires(4a) and resin films(4b), interposing the lead wires(4a) between them. The flat cable(4) is housed so as to be capable of rotating two or more times right and left in a doughnut- shaped space(G), formed with a stator housing(1) and a rotor housing. A terminal piece(14) is formed with a conductor insert-molded resin body, in which one end of the conductor is faced laterally and connected to the lead wires(4a), and the other end is faced downward and connected to a terminal, and fixed to the bottom surface of a bottom housing(8). A guide(9) is a projection piece which is installed in a portion positioned in the upper part of a terminal of the bottom housing(8).
