PURPOSE: To conduct appropriate kneading control being consistent with both mixture and dispersion by keeping an efficient balance between the mixture and the dispersion of material to be kneaded taken by one kneading blade. CONSTITUTION: Kneading rotors 4 includes on their external faces kneading blades 12, 13 being rotatably inserted in a kneading chamber to define a tip clearance between each apex of the kneading blades 12, 13 and the internal face of the kneading chamber, and twisted with respect to the axial direction giving shearing force to the material by permitting material to be kneaded to pass through the tip clearance, in which a twist angle of the kneading blades 12, 13 is varied from the starting point P to the ending point Q so that a spread shape of the kneading blades 12, 13 leads to be substantially nonlinear from the starting point P to the ending point Q by allowing the kneading rotors 4 to be flatly spread around each axis.
