PURPOSE: A nicotine decomposable beverage is provided to remove or control various harmful and toxic materials generated from nicotine and cigarette by using natural foods such as green tea leaves, ginkgo nuts, lemons and apples. CONSTITUTION: A nicotine decomposable beverage is suggested as a functional beverage having an excellent nicotine decomposability, 2 times improved as that of water. The composition comprises 50-500 parts by weight of green tea leaves, 20-300 parts by weight of pine leaves, 10-50 parts by weight of celery juice, 1-20 parts by weight of lemon juice, 1-20 parts by weight of apple juice. The mixture is infused in 1000-20000 parts by weight of water at 60-95deg.C and then dried to produce the decomposable beverage preparation in powdered form. The beverage shows remarkably higher decomposability in vitro and in vivo.
