PURPOSE: A blood cholesterol reducing drink and a preparation thereof that supply more high density cholesterol into the body and decrease low density cholesterol are provided to prevent arteriosclerosis and blood vessel diseases and lessen ones weight. CONSTITUTION: The drink is prepared by mixing 50-500wt% of green tea leaves, 20-300wt% of mulberry leaves, 10-50wt% of ginkgo nut juice, 10-50wt% of salary juice, 1-20wt% of lemon juice and 1-20wt% of apple juice, and steeping the mixed materials in 60-95deg.C of water. The drink includes one among Soyflavone-NT3, chitosamin, and seaweed calcium or a mixed group of them. The cholesterol reducing preparation is made by dehydrating the resulting drink and packing the dried drink to a capsuled product.
