A heat-screening glass (1) is provided with a protective film (4) having improved wear resistance and chemical resistance in comparison with a protective film of silicon dioxide. A transparent sheet glass (2) and a heat-screening film (3) coated thereon have a protective film (4) made of silicon oxynitride as an outermost layer.
