PURPOSE: A seal material is provided to prevent an adherence of fine dusts to a surface of a porous resin for constituting the seal material, to omit a complicated work in plate-making, and to further reduce its cost. CONSTITUTION: A porous resin(101) in which an ink bleeding part and a non-ink bleeding part are to be formed on a surface by plate-making and a film(103) for protecting the surface of the resin(101) are laminated with an adhesive material(102) so as not to break the surface of the resin(101) in the case of releasing the both.
