OILY RAW MATERIAL COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: Disclosed is the subject composition having high moisturizing and permeating performances and capable of making a feeling of use thereof excellent when formulated in a cosmetic composition or a skin preparation composition for external use by including specific two kinds of N-long chain acyl neutral amino acid esters. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by including an N-long chain acyl neutral amino acid alkyl ester or alkenyl ester of formula I (R1 is a 5-21C alkyl or a 5-21C alkenyl; R2 is H or a 1-3C alkyl; R3 is H, methyl, ethyl or the like; R4 is a 1-30C alkyl or a 1-30C alkenyl; R5 is an alcohol residue of a sterol; n is 0-2) (e.g. N-myristoyl-N-methyl-β-alanine-2-hexadecyl) and an N-long chain acyl neutral amino acid sterol ester of formula II (e.g. N-myristoyl-N-methyl-β-alanine- cholesteryl). Furthermore an amphiphilic substance may be contained in the above composition.
