A mold for producing fiber reinforced GRC formed sheet/wall panel/roofing by compressing. characterized in that it comprises a thin inner female mold tray (B) in which compressed GRC mortar is placed and which is locked to the upper mate press mold (F) and removed immediately from press outer female mold together with the upper male press mold until the compressed mortar sets and hardens. 2. A mold according to claim 1, characterized in that thin inner female mold tray (B) which is placed in the outer female mold (A) and can be locked to the upper mate mold (F), is made of a rigid material suitable for large-size panel production. 3. A mold according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that excess water removal in GRC mortar (de-watering) is provided by holes (R) on upper male press mold. 4. A mold according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that sides, fittings, overlappings (M, N and L) and ribs (P) with requested shape, form and detail are provided on both front and back surfaces of the finished sheet/wall panel/roofing by means of sides, fittings, overlappings and ribs with requested shape, form and detail formed as female on inner side of upper mate mold (O). 5. A mold according to any of the preceding claims. characterized in that it comprises lock system (F) which provides sides of thin inner female mold tray (B) to lock on male mold sides (D) in order to enable thin inner mold tray (B and C) to be removed with male mold from female mold (A). 6. An automatic plant arrangement for producing GRC formed sheet/wall panel/roofing, characterized in that it comprises a mold according to any of the preceding claims. 7. An automatic plant arrangement for producing GRC formed sheet/wall panel/roofing by compressing according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that is comprises placing a thin inner female mold tray (B) compressed in same form/shape in press outer female mold (A), putting GRC mortar inside this thin inner female mold tray and compressing it, immediately after compressing process removing thin inner female mold tray (B) in which there is compressed GRC mortar and which has been locked to the upper male mold (F) during compressing, together with upper male mold to which it is locked from outer female mold and introducing to treatment chamber and thus compressed GRC mortar getting a shape, setting and hardening inside thin inner female mold tray, and providing automation by repeating the same process by placing a new inner female mold tray in emptied press mold. 8. A mold and an automatic plant arrangement for producing GRC formed sheet/wall panel/roofing by compressing according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises: a) preparing a press female mold (A) in order to obtain sheet/wall panel/roofing with requested shape, form and detail depending on architectural plan and design: b) forming a thin inner mold tray (B) with same shape, form and detail by compressing in outer female mold; c) placing the thin inner mold tray inside outer female mold (A and B); d) placing or spraying fiber reinforced GRC composite mortar in the female mold tray by spraying of it (C); e) compressing fiber reinforced composite mortar in the thin inner female mold tray by means of male mold; f) removing excess water of the concrete (de-watering) during compressing via specific holes on the upper male mold (R) and discharge thereof by a particular arrangement; g) after compressing, locking the thin inner female mold tray containing compressed GRC mortar to the male mold; h) removing thin inner female mold tray containing compressed GRC mortar together with male mold to which it has been locked from outer female mold; i) removing thin inner female mold tray containing compresses GRC mortar from the male mold and introducing it to treatment chamber by conveyor: j) treating the rigid thin inner female mold trays introduced to the treatment chamber by lining them up with a particular arrangement; k) removing finished formed sheet/wall panel/roofing (C) comprised of set and hardened GRC in treatment chamber from thin inner mold tray (B) and preparing for use: l) providing automation for above explained processes by immediately placing another inner female mold tray in the outer female mold after the first thin inner female motel tray is removed from the female mold together with the upper male mold to which it has been locked, and a plant arrangement therefor. |
