<p>PURPOSE: To reproduce audio signal within a set speech speed range even when the speech speed range is not reset at a reproducing time by recording a VASS signal corresponding to the set speech speed range from a video recording start spot to a video recording end spot even when the speech speed is set on the way of video recording a program. CONSTITUTION: When the speech speed range is set by operating a setting key 30 of a remote controller 14 on the way of video recording the program, a microcomputer 12 records the VASS signal added with a VASS code corresponding to the speech speed range on a magnetic tape 22. When the video recording of the program ends, the microcomputer 12 rewinds the magnetic tape 22 to the video recording start spot, and it fast-forwards the magnetic tape 22 from the video recording start spot to the spot setting the speech speed. Then, during this time, the VASS signal added with the VASS code corresponding to the speech speed range is continued to be recorded.</p> |
