<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce system stop frequency in a system formed out of different service lives (abrasion/degradation/contamination) and a plurality of parts or devices having different operating conditions. SOLUTION: This preventive maintenance support system is provided with parts 1-3 requiring regular maintenance, an external storage 11, a central processing unit 7, an input part 15, and a displaying part 14. The external storage 11 stores the operating data of the parts 1-3 and the preventive maintenance reference data, the central processing unit 7 determines a plurality of maintenance-targeted parts capable of being conducted simultaneously, an optimum preventive maintenance period, and maintenance-targeted parts prioritized by assignable set-up time and preparatory man-hour, the input part 15 inputs a preventive maintenance decision indication, a working report, the set-up time, and the preparatory man-hour, and the displaying part 14 displays an optimum preventive maintenance period by parts, the preventive maintenance-targeted parts, the set-up time, and the preparatory man-hour, and working contents.</p> |
