PURPOSE: A 25'CPT tri-metal spring material for a color Braun tube is provided, which has a low expansion coefficient and a good lending error compensating function and is low in cost by unifying STS 304H, Invar and STS304H. CONSTITUTION: The tri-metal spring material is manufactured by arranging two STS 304H stainless steel boards on both sides of an Fe-Ni Invar board and unifying the contact surfaces using the known continuous electro-beam welding method. The Fe-Ni Invar board has a thickness of 0.97-1.03mm and a width of 29.85-30.15mm, consisting of C 0.02wt% or less, Si 0.25wt% or less, Mn 0.2-0.4wt%, P 0.007wt% or less, S 0.002wt% or less, Ni 35.5-36.5wt% and the balance being Fe. The STS 304H stainless steel board has a thickness of 0.97-1.03mm and a width of 11.85-12.15mm, consisting of C 0.12wt% or less, Si 1.0wt% or less, Mn 2.0wt% or less, P 0.03wt% or less, S 0.03wt% or less, Ni 8.0-10.5wt%, Cr 17.0-19.0wt% and the balance being Fe.
