PURPOSE: To make it difficult for insulating materials used in a brushless DC motor to be shifted or broken. CONSTITUTION: An insulating material 1 is moved in a direction in which the insulating material 1 sticks to a slot opening (in a direction approximately perpendicular to the moving direction of the nozzle of a coil 5 winding machine), even if the nozzle of the machine hits the insulating material 1, when the nozzle moves between tooth parts 3 and 3, since inclined parts 1a are formed at the end parts of the insulating material 1. Accordingly, the insulating material 1 is prevented from being pushed and shifted by the nozzle, and insulation faults caused by breakage, shifting, etc., of the insulating material 1 are prevented to the utmost. |
