PURPOSE: Provided is a system to determine an ephemeris and an attitude to a spacecraft. CONSTITUTION: An ephemeris determination sub-system(700) obtains an ephemeris data(708) to not less than one reference spacecraft cross-linked to a spacecraft. Cross-link sensor pointing information(706) is obtained to a cross-link sensor. An ephemeris determination algorithm(702) calculates an ephemeris(712) of the satellite based on ephemeris data and the cross-link sensor pointing information. Another applicable information storing the former measurement and calculation, time(710), a spacecraft attitude(704), information from a non-cross-link sensor and ranging information strengthen precision and reduce complications of an ephemeris calculation.
