METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATING HOME NETWORK MACRO

PURPOSE: A method and a system for generating a home network macro is provided to store a series of instructions as a macro used for controlling a plurality of home electronics so that it can simplify repeated process for setting the electronics over a home network. CONSTITUTION: The home network macro generation system comprises one 1394 serial bus(114), a bridge proxy(116), the other 1394 serial bus(118), and a security system(120). The 1394 serial bus(114) supplies a single media for audio/video stream, instructions and control data communication. The bridge proxy(116) interfaces two networks using different network protocols in the case that one protocol used in the 1394 serial bus(114) can not be applied to all the home electronics. The bridge proxy(116) connects the 1394 serial bus(114), using one protocol for example HTTP/IP, to the other 1394 serial bus(118) using other protocol for example IEC61883 interface protocol. The security system(120) can be accessible over the home network. A dynamic host configuration protocol server is used for finding a home electronics over the home network.
