PURPOSE: A power amplifier circuit adjusting load of power control for adjacent channel and next to the adjacent channel is provided to control power of an adjacent channel and a next to the adjacent channel transmitted by the power amplifier over a broad band. CONSTITUTION: The power amplifier circuit adjusts a load to control power of an adjacent channel and of a next to the adjacent channel. A power amplifier(172) amplifies an input signal to generate an amplified signal. A variable impedance network(174) provides a different impedance to an output of the power amplifier(172) in response to a load control signal. A peak detector(180) provides an instruction of a peak average ratio of the amplified signal. The peak detector(180) and a controller(184) connected to the variable impedance network(174) generate a load control signal in response to the instruction of the peak average ratio.
