PURPOSE: A coaxial connector mountable on a board is provided to use a space on a printed wiring board by using an electronic component having a first terminal part connected with an inner contact mounted on a crust part, a second terminal part connected with the crust part, and a third terminal part insulated from the first and second terminal parts and suitable for the connection with a board. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(140) is mounted on a main body part(114) of a crust part, terminal parts(150, 152, 154) exist on a primary coil of the transformer(140), and terminal parts(156, 158) exist on a secondary coil. Whereby the potential difference between the terminal parts(156, 154) is stepwise increased or decreased with respect to the potential difference between the terminal parts(156, 158). An input signal and an earthing passage are insulated from an output signal and an earthing signal. The terminal(158) is earthed, and the terminal(152) is tapped. Preferably, the crust part has a cylindrical engagement part around an axis of a connector, and the inner contact has an engagement part of a cylindrical outer surface around the axis of the connector.
