PURPOSE: A switching device is made strong, to be difficultly subjected to abrasion and to simply assemble it by improving the switching device for switching an air feeding and/or an exhaust gas-feeding operation to an internal combustion engine between a laminar air-feeding operation and a uniform air- feeding operation. CONSTITUTION: First and second throttle valves (40, 41) are provided and are formed on a common rotation shaft (10) by first and second beveling portions (11a, 12a) thereof.
