<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for performing the negotiation of service options every time of call connection, to shorten call connection time and to suppress the processing burdens of a switchboard. CONSTITUTION: Plural radio base stations 4 and home location register devices 5 are housed in a CDMA mobile communication network 1 and a mobile terminal 6 performs telephone conversation/communication through a radio section with the radio base station 4. The service option OS selected from plural voice compression rates most preferentially applied beforehand to subscriber data for each mobile terminal 6 in the visitor location register 3a of the switchboard 3 is fetched from the home location register device 5 and set. The switchboard 3 performs the first call connection with the mobile terminal 6 by the service option OS and the service option OS supported by the mobile terminal 6 is confirmed by service negotiation and stored at the time of the call connection.
