摘要 mechanical engineering, specifically, mechanical test of materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed installation has set of plates placed perpendicular to axis of rotation of chuck. Plates are installed in clip for movement relative to each other and are fixed with reference to clip by means of fixing units. Lid anchored on clip interacts with like faces of plates. Curvilinear duct to create bending load in tested specimen is formed by lid and grooves made in faces of plates interacting with lid. Thickness of plates and size of groove amount to 1 to 5 diameters of tested wire specimen. Installation is fitted with transducer of number of revolutions of rotation drive of chuck and pickup recording destruction of tested wire specimen functionally coupled to power supply source of drive. EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of installation for test of wide range of wires, for determination of modulus of elasticity and preset tension with simultaneous provision for exact recording of number of loading cycles till moment of destruction of specimen. 3 dwg
