PURPOSE:To mold a GFRP square beam with flat surface among corners of the GFRP square beam when the GFRP square beam is molded by the filament winding(FW) method. CONSTITUTION:When a GFRP square beam 15 is molded by the filament winding(FW) method, a square mandrel is used, and when said mandrel 12 is rotated and a glass fiber roving 4 composed of the square mandrel impregnated with matrix resin 3 is wound regularly until the roving reaches the given thickness, matrix resin 3 and a mat material 14 composed of glass fiber are inserted into corners 13 properly, and adjustment is made to make the surface among the corners flat to be ready for molding. |
