PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to reduce equipment cost and running cost by providing a tank housing a fluid containing substances to be removed with a filter so that it is immersed in the fluid and disposing the tank with the filter on a circulation route of the fluid in a system to regenerate the wastewater containing inorganic solids such as metals and ceramics generated by grinding. CONSTITUTION: The wastewater (raw water) which is discharged from a dicing device or the like and in which the substances to be removed are mixed is introduced into a raw water tank(50) where a plurality of filtrating devices(53) are arranged and an air bubble generating device(54) is disposed at the bottom and is stored. The water filtrated with the device(53) is sucked by a pump(57) through a pipe(56), reused or circulated by returning it to the tank(50) through a pipe(59). As a result, the substances to be removed in the raw water in the tank(50) are concentrated with time. When the concentration reaches a prescribed value, the filtration work is stopped and Al2(SO4)3 or the like is added to flocculate and settle the substances. After that, the separated concentrated slurry is recovered by opening a valve(64). |
