PURPOSE: Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a laminated coil component of high reliability, where coil patterns formed on magnetic material green sheets can be connected surely via holes, the DC resistance value of a coil is low and its stability is superior. CONSTITUTION: In this manufacturing method, an electrode material for forming a coil is applied to a region containing a via hole(5), a coil pattern(2a) in which the via hole(5) is also filled with the electrode material(2b) is formed, a magnetic material layer(6) whose thickness(T2) is less than a thickness(T1) of the coil pattern(2a) is arranged around the coil pattern(2a), and a plurality of magnetic material green sheets containing magnetic material green sheets(4), in which the coil pattern(2a) and the magnetic material layer(6) are formed, are laminated and fixed by pressure. Thereby a laminate, in which a thickness (T1+T3=Ta) of an electrode material(2a,2b) in the region, where the via hole(5) is formed is greater than a total value Tb of the thickness(T2) of the magnetic material layer of the peripheral part and a thickness(T4) of the magnetic green sheet(4) is formed and fixed by pressure. |
