PURPOSE: Use of pulverized mixture of pigments is provided to prevent the sunburn of skin and hair, and to impart gloss to skin and hair by including pulverized organic UV filter. CONSTITUTION: The pulverized organic UV filter capable of preventing the sunburn phenomenon of skin and hair as well as capable of imparting gloss to skin and hair uses the pulverized organic pigments selected from triazines, benzotriazoles, amides having vinyl group, derivatives of cinnamic acid, sulfonated benzimidazoles, derivatives of Fisher's base, diphenylmalonitriles, oxalylamides, derivatives of camphor, diphenylacrylates, p-aminobenzoic acid and their derivatives, salicilates and benzophenones.
