PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and surely draw information regarding the marking of a character or the like on an order-received construction machine. SOLUTION: The marking-information preparation device for the construction machine has a means composed of a first function which has at least a display means, an input means and a storage means and in which the whole or a part 10 of the appearance of the construction machine stored in the storage means is selected and displayed to the display means by the input means, a second function in which a desired marking 112 is selected from markings comprising a character, a mark and a graphic stored in the storage means and used generally widely as the marking of the construction machine side or the combination of the character, the mark, the graphic and the like and drawn on the displayed construction machine, a third function in which correction such as expansion and contraction, movement of deformation or the like is conducted to the marking 112 drawn on the construction machine, and a fourth function in which the size of the construction machine 10, on which the marking 112 is drawn, and the drawn marking is read and stored in the storage means.
