PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pantyhose which has an excellent fitting touch, an excellent comfortable wearing pressure touch, an excellent effect for reducing edema.fatigue feeling, and the like, when worn. SOLUTION: (1) This pantyhose in which stitches having two or more different stitch lengths in the same course of at least one portion of the leg portion and the stitch lengths of the stitches except the stitches having the shortest stitch lengths among the stitches are in the range of 105 to 145% based on the stitch length of the shortest stitches. (2) The pantyhose in which the number of the stitches except the stitches having the shortest stitch lengths in the above course is 5 to 80% based on the total stitch number. (3) The pantyhose in which the stitch portion having the longest stitch length among the stitches in the course is placed on the front surface of the leg.
