PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow no misalignment in engagement for connection of the terminal of a control signal to a power board without touching with hand, related to a semiconductor device where a power device and a drive circuit and protection circuit for the power device are provided in a single case. SOLUTION: An IGBT intelligent power module 1 of a semiconductor device comprises a power device and a drive circuit for it, etc., in a single case. Here, a control terminal part 3 for control signal which is connected to an internal drive circuit, etc., has a receptacle connector structure. Since the terminal of the control terminal part 3 is housed in a connector housing 3b, no load is applied on the terminal for deformation during transportation. So no misalignment in engagement takes place in connection to a connector 5 of a power board 4, with no internal element broken with static electricity at handling. |
