The present invention relates to a virtual body painting device. The device includes: a three-dimensional body model producing unit which generates a divided three-dimensional body model; a painting motion obtaining unit which places the divided three-dimensional body model in a virtual space and collects painting motion information corresponding to the tracking result of the location and direction of an immersed image camera device and a painting tool for supporting the virtual painting work; a painting effect implementation unit which applies a virtual painting effect onto the three-dimensional body model in the virtual space based on the painting motion information of a user; and a painting effect reproduction unit which reproduces the generated body painting work.
