PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove noise over a wide frequency band in several hundreds MHz to GHz while developing no distortion on a signal in 100 to 200 MHz, Because an Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite is used for a magnetic material layer and Increases impedance in a signal frequency band, resulting in distortion of a signal. SOLUTION: Two groups of a plurality of parallel conductor patterns, which have magnetic material layers 11 and 12 therebetween are connected to each other via conductors filled into through holes, which are formed in the magnetic material layers 11 and 12. The conductor patterns have a coil pattern which overlaps and circulates in a direction orthogonal to a stacking direction. The magnetic material layers 11 and 12 are made of a material in which copper is cobalt partially substituted for the incobalt-barium-strontium ferrite.
