PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device by which it is clearly confirmed whether incoming mode setting in a waiting state is automatic or manual and also an operation in the case of incoming is easily executed by changing-over the color of a light emitting device in the waiting state by means of automatic incoming mode setting or manual incoming mode setting. SOLUTION: A back light 8 (light emitting device) consisting of an LED or the like capable of executing change-over into a plurality of light emitting colors in order to identify and display the states of a touch switch 7 and a portable telephone set is arranged inside a touch panel 6. An automatic/manual change-over switch 10 changes-over the setting whether incoming response is automatically executed in the case of incoming (automatic incoming mode) or incoming response is executed by a manual operation (manual incoming mode). The light emitting colors are changed-over by the automatic incoming mode or by the manual incoming mode in the waiting state of the telephone set in the back light 8 (blue in the automatic mode and red in the manual mode, for example) and, then, the light 8 is flickered when a control circuit judges incoming in the case of the manual incoming mode.
