Disclosed are an electroconductive flexible interconnecting wire using twisting characteristics of yarn fibers, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the electroconductive flexible interconnecting wire comprising: an elastic body having an elastic structure induction pipe formed in a longitudinal direction; and electroconductive fibers including an elastic structure placed inside the elastic structure induction pipe to be extendable by a force applied to the longitudinal direction, and an extension part extended outside the elastic body from the elastic structure.
