PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use family relationship in the second place to edit a key for sorting of family units and to reflect it on key table information to perform sort processing in the case that family relationship in the second place exists in resident registration information because of a complicated household constitution. SOLUTION: In a resident card generation system where entry items on a resident card are acquired from resident registration information to generate a resident card in accordance with a resident card issue request, deletion divisions, family relationship information, birthdays, the name of the head of the household, and personal numbers of members of the household are extracted as key table information 2 from a resident registration information table 1 including members of the household written in the resident card. On the basis of key table information 2, a first sort key for sorting of household units and a second sort key for sorting of family units are edited. |
