PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a mobile communication terminal, etc., whose power source is not turned off by obtaining an electric field intensity output in each receiving frequency from an electric signal, transmitting the electric field intensity output and transmitting a signal showing a purport when the output becomes equal to or more than a fixed value. SOLUTION: A scanning receiver 2 inputs an electric signal transmitted from an antenna 1, also obtains an electric field intensity output in each receiving frequency from the electric signal while successively moving the receiving frequency designated by a receiving frequency control signal from a control circuit 4 and transmits the electric field intensity output. An electric field discriminating part 3 fetches the electric field intensity output, and when the electric field intensity output becomes equal to or more than a preliminarily set fixed value, the part 3 transmits a signal showing the purport. When the signal is transmitted, the circuit 4 transmits a notification control signal to a notifying part 5, and the part 5 generates buzzer tone and also flashes and radiates a light emitting diode. |
