PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suite a visual indication to the condition of a person by selecting the prepared digital summary of a requested duty and automatically compiling the designated sequence of the digital summary for preparing the visual indication dedicated to every individual. SOLUTION: A physical therapist specifies special exercises (digital summaries 22, 24 and 26) required for execution of a physical therapy routine on a recording document 12. Afterwards, in order to suite that exercise to the condition of every patient, the physical therapist uses the activity level of every patient. When a duty request designating the physical therapy routine is identified and suited to the condition of that person, the digital request 22 for actually executing the identified requested duty is electronically retrieved from the recording document 12. In this case, since the digital summary 22 for really executing the assigned physical therapy routine is selectively retrieved from the recording document 12, the digital summary is automatically compiled to a usable form. |
