PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise heat transfer efficiency for reduced excessive heat by allowing a tight-contact surface to comprise a first surface comprising an insulating body and a second surface of metal material, and embedding the metal material in a plurality of recessed structures formed at the insulating body on the tight-conduct surface. SOLUTION: A coil tight-contact surface 11 is such curved surface as tightly contacts the outer peripheral part of a super-conducting coil 20, comprising a surface which comprises an insulating member 13 and a surface comprising a filler material 30. The filler material 30 fills the inside of a plurality of recessed structure provided at the insulating member 13 on the coil tight-contact surface 11. Each recessed structure is a thin groove so provided as to be almost vertical to the super-conducting coil axial direction 21 at tight contact between the coil tight-contact surface 11 and the super-conducting coil 20. The depth of the recessed part is changed at will when forming it. |
