PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for coaxial cable capable of preventing the bend of a core and the generation of a characteristic change of the coaxial cable. SOLUTION: A fastener fitting 13 is screwed to a second male screw 12 provided in a rear end of a connector body 1 for screwing a first male screw 2 to an equipment (a) for fitting, and a clamp ring 11 for pinching an external conductor Cb of a coaxial cable C with a pinching cylinder part 6a of a ferrule 6 and a center contact 3 are housed in the connector body 1. The ferrule 6 formed by providing a pressure receiver cylinder part 6b and the pinching cylinder part 6a continuously to a tip side of a push ring 10 at each base part is arranged freely to be moved. The inside surface of the base part of the pressure receiver cylinder part 6b of the ferrule 6 is provided with a taper wall 6c having a diameter increased toward the rear end. The pinching cylinder part 6a of the ferrule 6 is arranged inside of the clamp ring 11. A split clamp 5 is arranged at tip of the ferrule, and the center contact 3 is held inside of the split clamp 5.
