SOLUTION: The lead part 1c of an exposed part of a positive electrode 1 having a collector made of an Al foil or the like has a width wider than a positive electrode terminal 5 of Ni or the like or a positive electrode side lead body 7 of A1 or the like, welded to the lead part by ultrasonic wave or the like, by above 1 mm, the tolerance of positioning accuracy can be widened in accordance with the difference in widths, and the productivity can be improved. The displacement of a negative electrode 2 having a collector of Cu foil or the like, and welded to a negative electrode terminal 6 of Ni or the like or its lead part 2c, and the positive electrode 1 can be prevented, and the impairing of the capacitive density or the like caused by the contact failure through a polymer electrolyte layer 3 cannot be found. Further the lead part 2c optionally have a width wider than the negative electrode terminal 6 or a negative electrode side lead body 8, and further a plurality of positive electrodes 1 and negative electrodes 2 can be optionally used.
