PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an assembly board where a core wire of a cable and a shield wire can be soldered from the same direction without the need for a positioning jig for the cable. SOLUTION: A cable fixing member 4 that positions and fixes a cable 11a of a coaxial cable (multi-core coaxial cable) 11 is adhered and fixed to a GND layer 7 of a board main body 3 by a conductive adhesive 12 to attain electric continuity between the cable fixing member 4 and the GND layer 7, a shield wire 11d of the cable 11a is soldered to the cable fixing member 4 to attain continuity between the shield wire 11d and the GND layer 7 so as to attain a shield effect and to suppress a noise. Thus, the core 11b of the cable 11a and the shield wire 11d can be soldered from the same direction without the need for a positioning jig of the cable 11a.
