PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly recognize relevance between a display means displaying an access state to a recording medium and the recording medium and to reduce the number of parts and assembly man-hours. SOLUTION: A loading part 11 on which a picture recording medium 20 is loaded so that it can be attached/detached, a cover member 30 which can be opened/closed between a close position where a prescribed area ER containing the loading part 11 is covered and an open position where the area ER is exposed and an a display means 15 displaying an access state to the loaded picture recording medium 20 are installed. The display area 15 is arranged in the prescribed area ER and the cover member 30 is constituted so that the display of the display means 15 can be viewed irrespective of the open/ close state of the cover member 30.
